North Bowl Ski Lift Tours and Activities

The biggest headache was the elevators. You select your floor on a digital screen and it directs you to a specific elevator. The issue was when it was busy it would direct multiple people to the same elevator to the point they could not all fit. As people got off due to over crowding and went back and select their floor again it kept directing back to the same floor and the overcrowded elevator would not depart. It took forever to get people to stop selecting floors so the elevator could leave. The other issue is if the people who selected a floor did not get into the elevator it still stopped on the selected floors. If people had to enter the elevator and then pushed then selected their floor the issue would not happen. The towels in the bathroom had stains and there were hairs in the shower. I personally would not stay at this property again or recommend anyone to stay. The best part was Charlie Palmer’s steak house. The food and service were amazing. Come for the food and but stay somewhere else.

Great place to stay overnight in Reno. Secured parking. Did not use any amenities, yet took a look, they were adequate. No Breakfast!!!! BIG PROBLEM!!! no matter. Room huge, clean and I will return. No fees, no surprises.

good all around close to all entertainment
