We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The last trip to Cleveland, we were lucky enough to meet Chuck the bartender. We had amazing conversations with him and spoke about him on our way out to Cleveland this year. We were so excited that to see that he was working the first night we got in (and it was the only night he was working while we were in town). Again, we got to sit down and had a drink and some more great conversations with Chuck. He’s now a staple to our trips to Cleveland, he’s honestly a great part of the staff.
Our room was great, only downside was that the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest and the remains from their night before….

Great hotel!! Attentive and very nice staff. Rooms were perfect in cleanliness and size. Hibachi restaurant on site was delicious! Having a private entrance to the park and early access was the icing on the cake!! The pools, hot tub and beach were nice way to unwind after a day at the park. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Cedar Point.
