Available is the upper level of the home featuring a large deck with extensive water views of Port Stephens. Bottom level is storage only. Many hours of fun can be spent here swimming, boating, paddling canoes or whatever makes you happy. The lounge and dining room leads through to a casual sitting area and then out to the wonderful timber deck, which has comfortable outdoor furnishings, a BBQ and amazing panoramic views of North Arm Cove. The main bedroom opens out onto the huge deck, which is the perfect place to sit and relax in the morning sun whilst taking in the breath-taking view. Bedroom 2 has a Trio bunk bed and one king single. Ducted Aircon throughout inclusive of bedrooms for your comfort. It is very comfortable, including a large wrap-around balcony with lovely views on the water. The property is 1 hour drive from Nelson Bay so its quite far to travel if you have activities planned in that area but it's a very comfortable house, with laundry, 2 showers 2 bedrooms.
