May 1, 2022 Liked: Location Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy #### Erstbezug Den Schlüssel für die Wohnung bekam man in einem Hotel. Die Anreisezeit fanden wir mit 16.00 Uhr als sehr spät gesetzt. Beim Check-In haben wir 40 Minuten anstehen müssen, wodurch wir erst kurz vor 17.00 Uhr an unserem Ziel waren. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines älteren Hauses, das an einigen Stellen renoviert worden ist (neuer Boden, neue Betten, großer neuer Fernseher). Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und liegt super. Da wir anscheinend die ersten Gäste nach der Teilrenovierung waren, fehlte es allerdings noch an zahlreichen Dingen, z.B. eine Lichtquelle im oberen Bad (Toilettenbürste wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen) ... Den älteren Kaffeevollautomaten haben wir nicht zum Laufen bekommen (eine Anleitung wäre nicht schlecht, wenn er denn wirklich funktionieren sollte). Also gab es keinen Kaffee. Leider befanden sich im Kühlschrank alte, zum Teil verschimmelte Lebensmittel (Butter!) und die Gefriertruhe haben wir auch wieder schnell geschlossen. Sie müsste unbedingt grundgereinigt werden. Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass die Betten mit frischer Bettwäsche bezogen waren, womit wir nicht gerechnet haben. Der Garten ist schön (man teilt ihn ohne Abgrenzung mit den Nachbarn), liegt ab mittags in der Sonne und hat eine nützliche Markise. Zum Deich sind es wirklich nur ein paar Minuten - ideal für uns und unseren Hund. Was leider gar nicht ging, war die Tatsache, dass unsere Mietnachbarn, einen Schlüssel zu unserer Wohneinheit hatten (anscheinend über ein Verbindungszimmer in der oberen Etage). Falls persönliche Sachen/Wertgegenstände von uns abhanden gekommen wären, dann hätten wir nicht gewusst wie ... Beim Auschecken registrierte man dies nur mit einem Schulterzucken. Für die Zukunft wäre es schön, wenn ein Internet-Zugang ermöglicht würde, da auch der private Telefonempfang zum Teil sehr schlecht ist. Auch eine kleine Waschmaschine wäre bei einem längeren Aufenthalt von Vorteil. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen (tolles Wetter), empfanden die Wohnung aber durch die vielen Mängel als zu teuer. ##### Silke R. Stayed 5 nights in Apr 2022
