Great location - walkable to all best restaurants and downtown. Had some issues with housekeeping (had to ask for some items) but overall no issues. Great breakfast daily! The “snacks” advertised as “available all day” consisted of granola bars available only 2 of the 5 days we stayed. The bar was closed - apparently due to a recent break-in.

Hotel Zazz is a wonderful gem. It is decorated with bright, creative local art works-even the soap bars are locally curated!
The room was very clean and staff kept it well stocked. The Speakeasy bar was a hit!
Loved the energy and the location—I highly recommend Hotel Zazz!

The hotel is very well designed with a relaxing ambience. The staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious - some better with larger balconies & facing the mountains. It would be nice if they had a rewards program as this is my 3rd time staying there. Would be great if they had some kind of loyalty program.
