Room was amazing, beach the resort had was amazing, even though Aruba beaches are all beautiful! Staff was amazing and the food options and drinks on the property are phenomenal. It was our first time going to Aruba for our honeymoon and the Ritz made it memorable, we will be back!
This is the perfect getaway for adults and couples who just need to relax, get refreshed and recharged. The rooms are splendid, the staff, wow, super-courteos and always ready to help. The entire property is clean and well maintained.
Breakfast at Solanio is on another level.
You can't take it all in with just a trip, you definitely need to go back multiple times to maximize the experience. Highly recommend vacationing here.
They had live music outside near the pools every evening. We were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy a variety of music. We also loved the beach. All of the staff were wonderful!
The facilities were clean and neat/ minimal which is my preferred aesthetic.
Staff were friendly and competent.
The only issue we had were the walls were thin and our neighbors were extremely loud well into late hours.
It’s a very beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing! The restaurants were so delicious and we wanted to go again but didn’t have time! The pool is not too exciting, it’s small and no pool bar! The beach is great but when it’s windy, it’s not fun to get sandblasted. The drinks are very expensive and so is the food.
An Exceptional Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba
Please ignore my initial evaluation. This is my current evaluation.
I had an absolutely excellent experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba. It is a beautiful property in a wonderful location, and my stay was exceptional from beginning to end.
The staff was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. The amenities were beyond anything I could have asked for.
I am extremely happy with my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba and would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering a visit to Aruba. I would absolutely look forward to staying here again.
They made us wait in the lobby until 4:00pm to give the room. We arrived around 1:30pm, had lunch, had a drink at the bar. Still made us wait until exactly 4:00pm for the room. Food at the property was average in my opinion. Overall it was a very nice trip, beach was awesome. I was just expecting a little bit more for paying the premium staying at the Ritz.
