A Gem at Gold Coast: 2 BDR Townhouse-Pools and Gym

  • This beautiful townhouse is a gem in the gated and upscale residential community of Gold Coast where all townhouses, condos, apartments, and villas are individually owned. It is a nicely decorated two-story townhouse, suitable for families or couples.

    The top floor has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living area has a fully equipped kitchen With Air Fryer. Living and dining room with sofa bed and with a half bath and washer and dryer.

    There is a free parking space for 1 car at this property and a quaint backdoor patio with an electric BBQ area to enjoy with friends and family. This is a self-catering vacation property. We do provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler, but we do not provide umbrellas.

    Just steps away from beautiful 3x communal pools and social areas.

    Gold Coast residences feature 24-hour security. Not more than 3 minutes away are the most beautiful beaches in Aruba. The townhouse is a short drive as well to the high-rise hotel and entertainment area, and local restaurants and casinos.
