The countertop seams are pulled up and torn away from previous damage in the kitchen making it feel unsanitary The back patio was not as pictured. No covering shade as shown which makes it very hard to sit outside. There was no table as pictured to sit outside and eat. The downstairs bathroom had a sewage odor and does not drain it would be to ankles when finished with shower We enjoyed the location as we have rented at Gold Coast before it’s a beautiful environment.
