The property is spacious, clean, well-equipped and quiet (although it is next to the railway, trains are not that frequent so not a problem to us). The futon bedding is very comfortable even we slept on the floor. It only takes 5 min walk to Nobeoka train station. It would be perfect if chairs can be provided as our feet were not used to sitting on floor for long time.
