We were not expecting to have to pay an additional $60-$70 per person per day to use the amenities like the water slides and game place. That was the whole reason we booked there, and that should have been better disclosed that it was an additional charge.
Staff were great, but our unit did not have hot water. Maintenance was super nice and apologetic though and we weren’t there long enough for it to really matter.
Will be back since it was great fun! But the additional cost will be a huge consideration before booking.

We were not impressed with the room location or perhaps it’s just the lack of insulation between rooms, but you could hear everything. The restaurant was in our building and constant noise. Neighbors had children with constant noise.
