They email said the room is ready at 14.00pm… at 16:30pm door looked, no access to the property, no staff at reception. After making a call extra30 minutes to wait till one person arrived. Been given a room such smells of urine that l was out of the room in seconds with my asthma😱been given an another room. Infested with mosquitos.restless nights because of them, my body is covered with bites,itching swollen arms and face. The room walls covered with black spots l think from others before me trying to kill the mosquitoes.furniture falling apart, stained carpet. The net curtains badly fitted useless, the rid bender not fit for purpose. The bedding of very poor quality.. the bed wobbly , scared to sleep in it, the bedside table on its last leg of functioning…The kitchen not is use , only a table and 8 chairs around it, on the floor a long peace of something still wrapped up .Despite stating that the breakfast is served each day.. the service advertised none exist.. during my 7 days stay no receptionist at premises, not once..the cleaner l have seen only on one account..noise after 22:00 pm from late arriving guests.. very disappointed
