10/10 Excellent

"We were traveling with a toddler and really enjoyed this hotel. We ate at the restaurant and loved not having to leave the hotel for food. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I thought the hotel was going to smell like cigarettes but I didn't really notice it. There were a few negative experiences but they were addressed by the staff. First the server charged us the wrong order in the restaurant so we temporarily had two separate charges on our account, which is frustrating when traveling. Second, our son spilled water all over the bed. We called for sheets and blankets and it took nearly an hour and a half to get them, we ended up having to call twice as it was almost his bedtime and we couldn't use the bed."
