The apartment combines compact, functional equipment with a quiet location near the sea and at the same time offers an excellent starting point for excursions in the region around Zadar. With a living space of approximately 35 m², the holiday apartment offers space for up to 2 adults and 1 child. The well-thought-out room layout ensures a pleasant atmosphere and makes the accommodation particularly suitable for guests who appreciate comfort and a cosy environment on holiday. Comfortable equipment and practical room layout The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house and features: A bedroom with a double bed an additional sofa bed in the living area a bathroom with a shower a separate kitchen The kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering during your holiday. This includes an induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete cooking and dining crockery. The additional equipment includes Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and central heating, so that the accommodation can be comfortably used both during the summer months and in the pre- and post-season. Bed linen and towels are available and are regularly changed. Heated pool and private parking A special highlight of the accommodation is the communally usable, heated swimming pool, which is open during the season and offers pleasant bathing temperatures in the pre- and post-season. Beach and Surroundings The holiday apartment is located in the popular holiday destination Zaton, which is particularly known for its family-friendly sandy and pebble beaches and the clear waters of the Adriatic. The sea and the beach are conveniently accessible, making spontaneous bathing trips possible at any time. In the surrounding area, there are also restaurants, cafés, small shops and shopping opportunities that enable a pleasant stay. Just a few kilometres away lies the historic city of Zadar, one of the most beautiful cities on the Dalmatian coast. The old town impresses with Roman buildings, historic churches and the world-famous Sea Organ as well as the installation "Greeting to the Sun" on the waterfront promenade. The region also offers numerous opportunities for nature lovers.
