Newly opened in the spring of 2017, the exclusive and quiet "ART City-Studio Kassel 6" is located close to the Documenta exhibition venues in Kassel city center, which can be reached from here in no time by car, public transport or bike (and even on foot). to reach !  
  
The exclusive and very quiet 'ART-City Centre Kassel 6' is in a prime location on the eastern outskirts of Kassel near the exhibit space of Documenta with superb views across the Fuldau floodplains on famous landmark of Kassel, the Hercules (World Heritage).  
  
The apartment was completely renovated in late 2016 and refurnished. It offers exclusive designer furniture, accessories and many loving art. Included as extra we offer for Internet use a wireless access.  
  
To the left of the house are FREE car parking spaces for our "Art City Studios".

Kassel city center with the exhibition areas of the DOCUMENTATION is just a few minutes away by car or public transport (bus), but also on foot through the Fuldaaue which is right outside the door.  
  
The large south-facing balcony offers views of the sprawling Fuldaaue and on the Hercules (Unesco World Heritage Site). With table and chairs, he invites in the sun to relax.  
  
The cozy and quiet bedroom is equipped with a large bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m). The sleeping area is very quiet.  
  
The living room is equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. Des-weitern is here a very spacious dining area.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchenette, the quality, modern bathroom and a.. With shower / tub and toilet.

This child friendly apartment is particularly noted for its personalized decoration with high quality and modern design furniture. the stylish ambience is rounded off with numerous accessories and art.

#### Cute little apartment close to the big city but not in it!

It was a very nice place for a family to stay. The town has a few restaurants, bakery, and two grocery stores within walking distance from the apartment. It was as cute in person as in the photos.

Die Wohnung ist bestimmt einmal mit viel Liebe gestaltet worden. Nur leider ist im Laufe der Zeit die Sauberkeit und Reparatur vergessen worden. Es wird scheinbar nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Schade.
