« It is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been in my life. It is beautiful, spectacular, everything from the desk to the pool will let you breathless. The only negative point is they don’t seem to take care about the recuperation. But I don’t think there is such of thing in Vietnam. C’est l’hôtel le plus spectaculaire où j’ai eu la chance de séjourner. Tout ce que vous y verrai vous laissera sans voix. De l’entrée à la piscine, tout est fait avec goût et originalité. La seule chose à déplorer...

« Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend! »

« JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again! »

« We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. »

« Rent rum med mycket fint utsikt! Bra luftkonditionering! Allt man behövde i rummet fanns tillgängligt! Jättetrevligt och hjälpsam personal som pratar bra Engelska! Vi fick lämna kvar våra väskor hela dagen efter utcheckningen och fick själva vara kvar på allmänna hotell utrymmet tills bussen kom! De skickade även med färdkost med oss! Rekommenderas starkt! »

Nous avons profité tous les jours de l’immense piscine et de la salle de gym attenante! C’est un excellent point pour l’hôtel que de disposer de ces équipements dernier-cri! (Nous avons pu en profiter toute la journée, même après notre Check out). Le buffet de petit déjeuner a dépassé nos attentes! Clairement le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage au Vietnam. "We booked for 3 nights and we left after the first night. The room was horrible. Moisture, bugs, broken bed, and during the night the air conditionning start to flow near my son bed on the floor. For breakfast, some portable stove was broken. Food i side but no glass to keep the food hot. Everything is broken and dirty in this hotel. The only positive point is the owner and staff are really gentle."
