A full sound system is available throughout the interior and exterior of the home. There are more than enough areas to entertain or relax inside and outside. You will often see windsurfers, fishing, and ice skaters on the lake but please note that you will not see motorboats! They are not allowed which keeps the lake very peaceful. The home is located a short distance from local breweries, wineries, boat rentals, grocery stores, coffee, and shopping. Laundry Room. Amazing views of the Lake. Main Level: \- Office space with pull-out queen bed, doors for privacy (half bath on main level, guests using office for sleeping will use full bath one floor up or floor down) Lower Level: \-2 king-size bedrooms with bathrooms, workout room, and entertainment room great for movies or kids hangout with air hockey table and games. Walk out to the pool. \- Cribs in lower-level bedrooms for the convenience of those traveling with young ones. Linens are provided for cribs upon request. \------------- AMENITIES Main Level: \- House is secured by an Alarm system and 24 Fire and Carbon monoxide detection. \- Grand entrance \- Modern Kitchen with island, and bar eating space, stocked with all the essential tools for grilling, baking and/or making cocktails by the pool. Cribs for both lower level rooms for the convenience of those traveling with young ones. Outside: \- Ultimate lakefront living features an oversized deck with a fireplace and grilling area off of the main level overlooking the infinity pool and spa. \- Pool and Hot Tub are open seasonally. It is anticipated that they will be open mid-April through October but will depend on spring thaw and winter freeze. We can not guarantee pool opening/closing dates in advance. Please note that weather can change quickly and decisions to close the pool may happen last min. if requested by professionals. The pool and spa work together and one will not be available without the other. \- Pool can be heated per guest request for an additional fee. Fee is based on market rates at the time of your stay. This fee will be charged after booking.- A double staircase leads to the pool-level patio with another fireplace. \- At the water's edge are a boathouse and a large dock. \- Owner has lifejackets, beach chairs, towels, 2 Stand Up Paddle boards and a kayak for guest use. Lifejacks, paddles and fishing poles shared with the house next door. Garage for 2 cars. NO Cars w/ Rooftop Storage are permitted in the garage. The driveway can accommodate 6 cars, depending on size. There is no street parking allowed. I have used VRBO in past for several rentals and as my brother said, :"This is the best one yet". Upon entering, you are struck by the well-planned lay-out of the kitchen-great room - so spacious! The kitchen was my first stop and it was supremely well stocked (for our needs - graduates of the Cordon Bleu might disagree). High-end appliances, plenty of glasses, dishes and utensils - and not the "cheap" stuff either! Clean, clean, clean. Bedrooms were more than adequate, each having its own full bathroom (which sealed the deal for me), new tv, and comfortable seemingly new beds and mattresses. Other rooms include a dedicated office, play room, separate pool room with wet bar and sliding doors out onto the large spacious deck. I could go on and on listing all the positive posts but time for the negatives: 1\. maybe a reading light by the beds in the master suite? 2\. ummmm - I seem to be drawing a blank here.... :) I can't see how one can go wrong here in terms of comfort and pleasure. There is no shortage of things to do in this house as well as this town! This house is so warm and charming. You will 100% leave recharged and refreshed. The blinder they provide has so much knowledge of the lake, great recommendations, and clear directions of the upkeep of the home. We visited the Newsylum Brewery which was so cool to experience right before spooky season. And Ferris Acres Creamery was so fun as an after dinner treat! I could go on and on.
