Please note the owner resides on the dwelling unit property but gives the utmost privacy. Only will check in on her chickens if necessary. Conveniently located minutes from downtown shops and the best eateries in town. The property is only minutes away to I-84, and Routes 6 and 25, making it a perfect location for a daily commute if necessary.
