The setting was quiet and serene, with lots of kayaks and water activities to enjoy. The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, reading on the dock, kayaking, floating on the water tubes, and wine in the fire pit area. When it rained…which unfortunately it did a lot, we made use of the pool table and air hockey. The location is on a quiet dead end road and because the lake is private boat traffic was limited….even over the long July 4th weekend. Denise and Richard responded quickly to any questions we had. The home was quite spacious and has many updates but keeps its warm charm. The deck and dock appear to be newly constructed, new flooring throughout the home, renovated bathrooms, game room including a great pool table and a hockey table. The home was extremely clean. The kitchen had all the necessities and it was well stocked with supplies like paper products and even provided linens and bath towels. My grandkids loved the game room and especially enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the kayaks, row boat and paddle board. But my favorite thing about this property was its serene setting, surrounded by trees. It was just so peaceful and the views of Owassa Lake were absolutely beautiful!
