Of course, being centrally to the town and only 5 minutes walk to Towan Beach and less than a mile to Fistral Beach, you'll be spoilt for choice for a day out by the sea. For those who want to explore the county’s beautiful scenery, there are an abundance of walks to enjoy around Newquay or further afield to Crantock 4 miles away. You are ideally placed to explore lots of other popular coastal destinations and attractions including Watergate Bay, The Eden Project and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens all within 20 miles.

Accessed via its own private entrance, the ground floor features two beautiful super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms both of which can be made up as twins upon request. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and its own en-suite. One offers a Verdigris tiled bathroom with shower over bath and WC and bespoke river rock stone basin, whilst the other provides a large shower room, WC and bespoke basin made from petrified wood. Moving up the glass panelled staircase and onto the first floor is a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with stylish interiors and a great sense of space. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped offering everything you need to cook up a wonderful meal or pack up a good lunch for a day out. The dining area is comfortable and offers a chance to enjoy a family meal or games night. The lounge has an impressive 4 metre sofa, plush interiors and large Smart TV so you can snuggle in and watch a movie or two. Moving up to the final level you will find a romantic final king-size bedroom up in the eaves of the chapel, boasting a beautiful original oak beamed feature wall and Smart TV and dressing table. The large en-suite shower room offers WC, an incredible large bespoke onyx basin and Bluetooth mirror from which to enjoy your favourite music, whilst showering and looking out to the skies above through a large roof window, truly invigorating!



As if all this wasn't enough already to make your stay here amazing, as an extra bonus a short walk outside takes you to a private enclosed outdoor patio area with garden furniture to chill on as well as a private 6 seater hot tub to bubble away in after a long day.
