COMMUTE TO MANHATTAN : Travel from this place to Manhattan is not a problem and offers two unanticipated highlights: Take the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail train from West Side Avenue Station (just just 7 minutes away) to Essex Street, grab a coffee at Semicolon Café and enjoy the gorgeous view on Manhattan\`s skyline while walking to Exchange Place to take the Path (train) to the World Trade Center (WTC) and its fabulous Oculus Subway station. Just amazing! We also recommend the BRAVO supermarket and Adriana\`s Laundromat in the neighborhood \- both local fun experiences! 1\. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2\. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am. 3\. There is a $30 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests. 4\. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave closed bags of trash in the can maximum at the property. 6\. Standard check-out is 10 am. 7\. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in is not possible due to our cleaning schedules. 8\. Everything in the home is inventoried.
