Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our entire stay, and the apartment became very hot and stuffy. We had to reach out multiple times each day to get updates, and while a technician did come by once, the issue was never resolved. Despite being told someone would return or call the next day, that never happened, even after several follow-up messages. The lack of responsiveness and temperature control made the stay quite uncomfortable especially sleeping, which was disappointing for our mom's 85th birthday get together. ##### Roberta J.
