It's not the units fault but the pools are not designed for families as the condo association does not want any noise, splashing, and if you have more than 4 people per pass then they come around with a clipboard and take your information and then tell you to leave. Luckily, the rental agency was able to get us an additional pool pass so we were all allowed to be there, but it's very annoying and makes you paranoid to have management staff stare at and critique every noise you make. That being said, we had a great time at the beach and condo. The place also comes with a water hose on the side of the condo to wash off the sand and salt water. ##### Buck J. This is a lovely, updated corner unit with lots of space. There was no regular coffee maker, only a keurig, and we never found a basement storage locker with boogie boards or larger beach items that didn't fit upstairs.
