Great Ocean Condos Welcomes You to Oceanwalk 1-501 From ocean view happy hour to a spacious layout for the whole family, Oceanwalk 1-501 is the perfect New Smyrna Beach escape. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is not only family-friendly, but also conveniently located across from the no-drive beach. Treat yourselves to a relaxed vacation filled with ocean views and fantastic amenities in this condo for 8. Upon walking in, you'll be greeted by an open layout filled with soothing blue hues. The condo has white tile flooring and blue and brown accents throughout. Before you head to the beach, relax from your travels in the living room. This space is furnished with a queen pull-out couch, loveseat, and armchair set. In the evenings, everyone can gather for late-night movies as the 65" Smart TV is equipped with cable and DVR. While local dining is nearby (you'll love JB's Fish Camp!), you'll enjoy the occasional meal made in the kitchen. You'll find the kitchen holds all the essentials you need such as cookware, dinnerware, a drip/Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and more. When you are ready to eat, you can grab a bite at the breakfast bar for 4 or sit down at the dining table for 6. End your beach-filled day with a nightcap on the balcony. The 5th floor balcony has a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. If you're an early bird, you can enjoy your morning coffee here and watch the sun rise over the ocean! The condo gives guests a great nights rest in each of its bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a charming suite with a king bed, reading nook, 43" Smart TV, and private balcony. You'll find your nighttime routine elevated by its adjoining bathroom which has a jetted bathtub, shower, and double vanity. The second and third bedroom each sleep two guests (one has a queen and the other a twin bunk) and both provide Smart TVs. The bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a standard bathtub. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, DVR, WiFi, a drip/Keurig coffee maker, beach items, a washer/dryer, and one garage parking spot. Great Ocean Condos and Homes happily rents to guests 25 years and older. About the Oceanwalk Community Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere. The staff was very responsive to concerns. There was a slight issue when getting there at night and trying to get into the area where our condo was. All of the sections have their own gate and it was too dark to see that there was another keypad to the left of the screen depending on which gate was needed. We kept driving around trying to figure out how to get to the section we needed to access. The instructions didn’t obviously say to use the keypad on the left at the entrance. When arriving there were no pool passes or parking passes. We had to waste our first day which was one of the nicest days of the week sitting around in the condo til mid afternoon unable to use the pool waiting for the pass to be brought to us. There was an issue with the sink upon arrival but that was taken care of fairly quickly the next day after notifying them. The last concern was that while at the pool my husband was lying on a chair with his eyes closed and woke up to the security guy going through his personal belongings. It startled him and then the security guy made it seem like he was looking for his pool pass. This was never stated prior to going through my husbands personal belongings. It felt like he was trying to steal money or anything else he could find. Someone else said same thing happened to them. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, c’est un quartier paisible. Les seuls commentaires négatifs que j’aurais à faire sont la restriction de la température à respecter pour l’air climatisé et les salles de bain qui ont besoin d’être rénovées. ##### Micheline C. The only issue we had was that we were given the wrong gate code. The only reason we were able to get into the condo the first night was because a set of gates were broken. I called 4 times to the management group with no one answering. I was able to get the correct gate codes from the property manager on property. It’s a beautiful condo and well furnished. Everyone enjoyed the condo and the location of it. Everyone we met was very pleasant. ##### Chardonae D.
