SMOKING & VAPING POLICY I understand that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, as well as on any balconies, patios, or outdoor areas attached to the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, fines, or immediate eviction without refund. The door was tricky to unlock and open. You had to pull the door toward you for it to unlock. There was sand on the floor, not that you could see, you could feel it on your bare feet. This was when we first checked in. It cost 10 to wash and dry the towels. That is ridiculous! The cooktop is cracked and needs to be replaced. The unit is updated nicely and the beds were comfortable. I loved that we were able to check in early for a small fee. We did not get any construction noise during our stay from Th-Sun. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with supplies to cook if you choose. No water dispenser on the fridge just so if you are picky about water bring bottled. ##### Jackie S. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. It was very sad to see the hurricane damage, especially not being able to access the beach from the property. But the cozy condo made an otherwise stressful trip manageable.
