You are just steps from fantastic restaurants, shops, nightlife and the riverwalk. You will rest peacefully in this newly renovated apartment surrounded by grandfather oaks. Wonderful 1 bd, 1 bath with all the comforts of your home including state of the art technology locks and security. 2 tvs with wifi, netflix and prime. We can easily be accessed through the AirBnb site, by text, or a phone call. Having problems with your door code upon check in, just ring the "Ring" doorbell, and we will grant you immediate access and reset your code. The property does have security cameras on the outside of the property (front driveway, entry ways, backyard, and alleyway) that does record and provide you with peace of mind. By walking into the backyard through a secured gate (security camera) you can easily access an alleyway that will take you right to Jimmy's restaurant and the rest of downtown without having to walk on any of the roadways. Property is located just a few blocks away from Riverwalk and a boat ramp.
