Situated in a safe and quiet residential area within 500 feet of the Gulf of Mexico, with streets you can walk and cycle on. This lovely property has undergone extensive remodeling due to hurricane damage. All new flooring, paint and a brand-new kitchen. An in ground pool is awaiting for your use! The pool is heated for an additional weekly cost. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, family room with a 50" smart TV, and outdoor patio with barbecue grill. Located within 5 miles of Robert K Rees Memorial Park , it's a short car ride to beautiful sand beaches, where you will find comfortable facilities, nature trails, barbecues & playgrounds. You are within 5 minutes driving distance to restaurants, grocery, ATM, gas stations, shopping centers. There are 25 golf courses within a 30 minute drive. New Port Richey has a charming small town feel. Set along the Pithlachascotee River, often called the Cotee river, is beautiful Simm's Park & close by main street with several restaurants, bars & live entertainment. Situated on Florida's west coast New Port Richey is centrally located, approximate 45 min drive from the Tampa International Airport and 1 ½ hour drive from Orlando. Boating and fishing are very popular activities here and boat rentals and fishing licenses can be arranged easily just minutes away. Had absolutely everything we could possibly need. From the moment we opened the front door we were impressed. It smelled and looked so neat and clean. The house had anything you could need. It was a home away from home. Typically when we come to the area we stay at a hotel. This was the best way to go. Great cozy home! ##### Susan S. I love dragonflies so the theme was very appealing to me. The home is very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. Our family had an amazing time! We were part of a large group who rented getaways in the Port Richey and Hudson area. The location of the house was very convenient for meeting them on the various activities we organized nearby. It is close to many beautiful and has a very relaxing pool we used all the time. The home was stocked with supplies we did not expect it to have. The neighbors were also very friendly. We were very pleased with our stay and would rent from them again. Our family gives it 100 stars!! ##### Rosa E. Our kids 18, 16, 13 and 6 all enjoyed their vacation. Close enough to everything but far enough to not deal with traffic. Lot's of eating options and multiple beach locations to choose from. The location was great for meeting with them and exploring Weeki Wachee to the north and Tarpon Springs to the south. The house was perfectly set up for our family. The house was clean and comfortable. There were more supplies and amenities than I've seen in many rental units. Check out was a breeze. The pool onsite was a real plus and the kids really liked a night swim with the lights. The only downside to this home was the lack of a dining room table for games and meals (but we ate many meals out). Would definitely consider this home again for a future stay in the area! ##### June V.
