Meadows Valley Retreat is situated between stunning mountain ranges and picturesque rivers, this classic valley home offers both relaxation and excitement. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living area featuring a wood-burning fireplace surrounded by a striking stone wall, perfect for those chilly evenings.  
  
Complete with charming wood floors and accents that contribute to its inviting ambiance. The spacious, fenced backyard is a true highlight, providing a safe haven for kids to play and a great space for gatherings. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, and sharing stories under the starlit sky. The comfortable patio invites you to fire up the BBQ grill and savor your favorite meals with family and friends. With smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the property, you'll stay connected and entertained during your stay. The convenience of a washer/dryer and a one-car garage makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.   
  
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM.  
  
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.  
  
This property is subject to all City of New Meadows ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.   
  
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided, where required, is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.   
  
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.   
  
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
