Your suite is located across the street from the train tracks (yes there are trains and yes they blow their horns 24 hours a day) and a 2 minute walk from the river; you can experience trains, tugboats and barges! The Missouri 340 runs right past our lovely town and many canoeists will be camped on our shores! The Healer Suite is a haven for your getaway that will have you relaxed and revitalized! Upstairs Zia offers: 2 guest suites, the Healer Suite & the Shaman Suite. Downstairs Zia offers: an healing boutique, yoga studio, massage, reiki sessions and retreats designed to help you discover who you are and how to step into living fully as you were created! Come... A Zia Life is our wish for you! You have access to your entire apartment and the hallway outside to access your apartment and the front outside area. Our downtown is basically one block so it is very easy to walk around to all the shops, visit the riverfront and levee walk, check out the Colter Memorial, watch the boats on the river while enjoying a bonfire or watch the trains go by! You can walk uptown too, but it is all uphill from downtown, and then it is all downhill to come back to your suite!!! Free parking is located in front of the building on the street. You have a contactless entry with the secure keypad on the front door and your suite door. We will respect your privacy or we will join you for a beer or conversation in passing. I am only a text or phone call away! Our neighborhood is unique. We are located between the RR Tracks and the Missouri River. We have trains that pass by frequently, while blowing their horn, and barges that pass by occasionally. We have shops, a deli, movie theater, glass blower, distillery, and Mexican restaurant. We have wonderful people and noisy trains! We have it all! We are nestled between Hermann and Washington, and are a quick drive to Augusta and Rosebud, so you can partake in their festivities but come home to relaxing New Haven! \*We are open to arranging pick up and drop off if you are traveling by Amtrak or biking the Katy Trail. Just let us know in advance and we will do our best to help out. We do charge a fee for this service. \*You will need a rental car if coming from the airport. \*There is free parking in front of our building on the street. \*There are a couple of Lyft/Uber drivers available in the area. We are directly across the street from the train tracks. The trains come through 24 hrs/day and they blow their horns every time they come through. And we provide ear plugs and white noise machines for sleeping if you are in need! No smoking! Respect our space and the amenities provided for your comfort! Having a kitchen and a washer and dryer was great. Located in downtown super cute and quiet except for the train that runs every so often right across the parking lot which wasn’t bothersome to us because we love trains and it added to the atmosphere. This is a great place if you want a slower pace. Shops do close early, a few restaurants are right in town, disappointed that Distillery in town was closed at that time. Hermann wineries etc are about a 20 minute drive. Worthwhile weekend trip! ##### Angela B. What a fabulous little spot in a fun little town! The suite was just as described. Laura had all kinds of personal touches from snacks to notes left for us. The bathroom is spacious and washer and dryer super handy! We stayed here as we were doing trip to Hermann during the day - but loved that coming back to New Haven we knew it was going to be chill in the evening. During our visit the neighborhood put on a scarecrow festival that was straight out of a Hallmark movie. We loved it. The highlight was getting to meet Laura and Mark since they had Zia open for the festival. The deli a few doors down is delish! Pinkney Distillery just around the corner was a blast. Ohhh and the glass blowing shop is fabulous! 10/10 Highly recommend! We're already planning a return to enjoy a Zia retreat! ##### Claudia C.
