Large spacious rooms; friendly staff; toilet in bathroom running all night and day. Front desk informed, they did come to fix it but it continued for the rest of our stay which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Renovations were ongoing at the time we stayed, so the outside, common areas, and especially the elevators were unkempt. But, our floor was newly renovated and looked awesome and new and everything worked great. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were extremely nice and helpful, they were the stars here. The breakfast was very good and was well attended to. Very convenient to the Hershey’s attractions, which is why we were there. You can tell that when the renovations are done, this hotel will be awesome.

Overly packed full of sports teams. Felt like you had to fight for a spot at breakfast or a ride in the elevator. Stains on pull out couch cushions, DIRTY bathroom floors.

There was no hot food for breakfast as we thought there would be. The pool was inconsistent in the temperature and had a foul smell. We were there for 6 days and housekeeping only came by one time and we kept having to ask for towels. Never made our beds one time or vacuumed at all.
