"When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service. "

"Our experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Wilmington New Castle was great! We highly recommend this hotel due to its great accommodations and most importantly for the amazing hospitality we experienced from the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk and housekeeping was helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Huge thank you to Maurkyna, the front desk manager who helped my husband and I try to find his lost wallet while we switched rooms. She went above and beyond trying to help locate this wallet and we will forever be grateful for all her care and time spent. "
