We certainly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Service is very good; staff are courteous, very kind and caring. Rooms are specious, clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi in the room. Included breakfast has everything you need and more. Bottles of free waters in the room were a nice touch. The rooftop area is perfect for taking photos at sunrise of the balloons and for watching the sunset. On our departure they arranged for us a luxury airport shuttle for a very reasonable price. They were so incredibly accommodating and hospitable and offered incredibly helpful info and assistance. I really appreciated how they immediately helped us with our bags after the long drive. We had the "do not disturb" sign on our door but they still were kind enough to call our room to make sure if we needed anything refilled (toilet paper, towels, etc) which I really appreciated. Their hot tub was very clean and they provided towels at the hot tub without us even asking. My 71 year old father came with us on the vacation and they were incredibly kind to him and he enjoyed being able to chat with the staff too and I really appreciate how warm and welcoming they were to my elderly father. The breakfast bar was incredibly filling and every inch of their property gave an AMAZING view (especially at night) since it is on top of the hill.
