After receiving such positive feedback on our first vacation home, “HeideFunHaus,” in Soltau, and having the pleasure of meeting so many happy and friendly guests, we decided to open a new and even better vacation home: HeideFunHaus 2, which offers even more comfort and amenities. “HeideFunHaus 2,” built in 2021, was renovated, furnished, and opened in June 2024. Amenities: First floor: Spacious entryway, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen, dining room, living room with 2 pull-out sofas (160 cm) sleeping 4, and a 55-inch smart TV plus a PlayStation 4 game console. An approximately 35-square-meter sunroom with infrared radiant heaters. There are various board, card, and dice games. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, ice maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, dishwasher, and all the kitchen utensils you’ll need. 2 high chairs, changing table. Upper floor: Small hallway, 3 bedrooms, each with a 160-cm box-spring bed and a pull-out couch (140 cm sleeping space if needed), 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (suitable for adults) and a 140-cm pull-out couch. One bathroom with a shower, tub, and toilet. An outdoor sauna for 4 people and a hot tub with a wood-burning stove are available. Also included: Free Wi-Fi/fiber-optic internet, a hair dryer in every bathroom, and bath towels, hand towels, and sauna towels are provided. A large selection of spices. All necessary cleaning supplies. A limited amount of firewood for the hot tub is provided. If you need more wood, you’re welcome to purchase it for a fee.

Our modern house offers plenty of space. If needed, there are sleeping arrangements for up to 20 people, plus 2 cribs. Very important: please inquire in advance! You’re also welcome to add another person to your booking—just contact us. We’re sure to find a solution. Very important: to help us prepare, please always provide the exact ages of all children when booking. All guests must always be listed. Pets are allowed only upon prior request; there is an additional charge of 10 euros per day for pets. The house is situated on the picturesque outskirts of Neuenkirchen, where you’re immediately surrounded by nature. From here, you can set out on wonderful excursions—whether with a handcart, a game of “Boßeln,” a bike ride, or simply a leisurely stroll. You’ve come to the right place. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. There’s also a natural outdoor swimming pool nearby. Or, a thermal spa with a sauna area is right in Soltau, just a few kilometers away. Various amusement parks and zoos are within a few kilometers by car. Don’t feel like going out, or is the weather not cooperating? No problem—you can have plenty of fun right here in the house. We have a foosball table, a PlayStation 4, a ping-pong table, and plenty of board, card, and dice games. Or you can retreat to a reading nook. Our house features an outdoor barrel sauna, a hot tub, a beach chair, sun loungers, and more. For your information, the entrance area is under video surveillance for security reasons.
