My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice.

Water pressure low, also very noisy at late night from bar and people walking pass the streets.

Amazing hotel for this area. Room is very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast was unbelievably good. Walk ability with the old town was unbeatable. The only downside was that the walls were very thin and the floors were very thin. We could hear people above us below us, and in the hallway throughout the night.

This is an elegant new property outside of Old Town Square but close enough to make for a pleasant stroll no matter where the destination. Felt like a boutique New York Hotel.

Upon check-in, there was a noticeable sewage odor coming from the sink and bathroom. It improved after ventilation and closing the traps, but it seems that further maintenance may be required.
