Very run down, holes in the walls, no extra pillows, kinda like the Bates Hotel feel. No lights in hallways, no elevators. Every business around was closed up.

Standing water in tub, asked front desk to send someone the next day to fix, they never came. Called front desk also and asked for towels and they never brought them to the room. Breakfast was really good and room was well cleaned.

Really a hidden gem in Boardman, Ohio. Owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very clean and well maintained property. Will be staying here each year from here on out.
