Welcome to our charming 2-room holiday flat, ideally located on the ground floor, with 38 square metres of living space offering enough room for 2 to 4 people. Enjoy relaxing hours on the furnished south-west-facing terrace, protected by an awning, while your gaze wanders over the lovingly landscaped garden and comes to rest on the majestic local mountain. A true paradise for anyone looking for peace and quiet and who loves nature.  
  
The interior of the flat leaves nothing to be desired. The combined living room and bedroom offers enough space for two adults, while the separate bedroom is suitable for either 1-2 children or an additional adult. The modern kitchen-cum-living room with dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment, oven and microwave promises complete self-catering. A contemporary bathroom, TV and WLAN contribute to a carefree stay. As a special highlight, guests who book at least four nights receive free one-off access to the sauna area on the first floor.  
  
Outside, an idyllic garden house with barbecue facilities awaits you for cosy BBQ evenings. Relax on the terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, or enjoy the extensive garden, which invites you to explore and experience nature up close.
