The property is conveniently located 1.6 km from the center of Nerja and only 500 m from the sea and the sandy Burriana beach. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace and swimming pool; another with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning; and a third with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, accompanied by a shower/WC.
