Wonderful family holiday

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this property . Very well equipped , it was a great house for 7 adults and under one year old. The pool was very welcome and the views were amazing! The location was good for Nerja and visiting other towns /cities -you do need a car as the property is on a very steep hill. .communication was great-both before and during our stay.

Pros: We rented this villa as a family of 8, with 2 small children. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious with a lovely pool and all amenities you could ever want. Spectacular views. However on the advert it states properly does not require a car. This property is up a number of extremely steep hills. It would be a good 15 min walk down to the main road... to were there is not much pathway to cross over to the a restaurant. Nerja town centre is another 30 min walk from there. We never did the walk back up to the villa as with two small children it would be impossible. Luckily we rented a car so we were not stuck for food shopping but I would say you would 100% need a car to enjoy staying in this property. We managed to get taxis in and out of town for dinner which was good. Can’t fault the villa itself but if you are a family it’s worth knowing you have to have a car.

Pros: Rented the villa for me and my husband and our 4 children (plus two partners). Great villa with outstanding views, fab pool, well stocked kitchen . Communication with owner was great although I was given three different contact numbers for three different people for whilst we were staying at the apartment, which was a little disconcerting, however it worked out fine, the person whom we dealt with in Nerja, Martin was very helpful. It would of been nice to have a change of bath towels mid holiday, or additional towels in the villa, for our use. We loved the location and used the buses to get into Nerja on an evening, €1 each, too hot to walk in mid August, and we would get a taxi back €8 per taxi. We went to the caves €13 each which was good. Went to Avalon for a few meals which was excellent, for both lunch and an evening meal, highly recommend and within walking distance from the villa. The villa is high up on a hill, and to walk up is A killer and not for the faint hearted! But without the hill you would not have the spectacular views.... they were just beautiful, I would recommend staying here and we would definitely go again

Pros: La cocina tiene todos los enseres para cubrir las necesidades de la estancia. El espacio de la piscina está muy bien, y también las habitaciones. Salón acogedor con TV grande y terraza con barbacoa portátil para disfrutar de las vistas y cenas. AA recién cambiado en todas las habitaciones. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for your stay. The pool area is very nice, as are the bedrooms. The cozy living room has a large TV and a terrace with a portable barbecue for enjoying the views and dining. Recently replaced air conditioning in all rooms. Cons: Tal vez parte del mobiliario, algo obsoleto, debería cambiarse por su deterioro por el paso del tiempo y uso. Somewhat obsolete furniture. Should change soon.

Pros: Huset var underbart härlig pool och fantastisk utsikt. Jättebra bemötande av både kontakt och husägare. Cons: Bäddsoffan var tyvärr väldig dålig, personen som tyvärr fick ligga i den sov inte så bra. Myrorna i köket!

Pros: Ubicado a las afueras de Nerja en una ladera, donde tienes vistas increíbles al Mar. Dos aparcamientos para coches. Habitaciones correctamente equipadas con aire acondicionado, de las 4 habitaciones una no tiene ventana(para nosotros no fue problema). Cocina equipada con todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y menaje. BBQ de Gas de 10. Piscina muy limpia. Por poner una pega la TV no tiene canales españoles todos son extranjeros. La comunicación con la propietaria muy buena, responde en muy poco tiempo, en Nerja con el equipo que nos dio las lleves ningún problema y máxima puntualidad en las horas que habíamos acordado. Si volvemos a Nerja, repetimos seguro.

Pros: La casa tenia de todo, estaba repleta de cosas y utensileos. Cualquier cosas que necesitases alli estaba. Sin embargo la piscina estaba un poco sucia y no era de las cremas del sol nuestras. Era de estar varias semanas sin limpiar el fondo de la piscina.
