The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 7-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Ambar - and near all of our properties in the Parador area. Villa Jade has 3 bedrooms; a king-size (1.50 X 1.90 m.) master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and private sun terrace, plus two further twin rooms which share a bathroom on the ground floor. One of the twin bedrooms has French windows out to the pool area. Upstairs on the first floor is a stylish open plan living/dining and kitchen area with WC. There are terraces at each end, one overlooking the pool terrace and the other at the front with lovely views to the mountains. From the kitchen there are stairs leading up to a roof terrace also with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains. This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people. Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (5.3m x 3m and 1.3 - 1.7 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ... Nerja Paradise Rentals is a family run business operating privately owned properties in and around Nerja. We pride ourselves on the quality and comfort of our rental properties – our aim is to provide you a real home-from-home here in arguably the most beautiful spot on the Costa del Sol. Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored! The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. The only slight downside was that the area around the poolwas a little small for 6 people although all the lovely balconies did compensate for this. It was in a quiet area. The maintenance team was responsive and quick to fix any issues. Our only complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable and we had a tough time sleeping. The location is perfect about 10 mins walk to town. The villa is located near the parador area. The villa is very modern and clean. There are many steps so not ideal with a toddler but we managed ok. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities were excellent, with everything you could possibly need provided &ndash from a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of comfortable living space. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area &ndash beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying the warm evenings. It felt very private and peaceful, yet still close to everything. The location is ideal &ndash just a short walk to both the town centre and Burriana Beach, so whether we wanted to explore local restaurants or head to the sea, everything was easily accessible.
