Situated in the Capistrano Playa, Chimenea area of Nerja above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful property commands the same spectacular sea views as its sister houses, Azalea, Las Brisas and El Paraiso. Burriana beach with its array of bars and restaurants is only a 9-minute walk away, and Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk or 5 minutes by car or with the local bus service. The property is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a WC, large lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead on to a large terrace overlooking the pool with wonderful sea and coastline views. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are three bedrooms, two twins which share a full bathroom and a large Kingsize double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the pool and the large terrace area. Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (2.5 x 5 m 1.15 - 1.45 m deep), table tennis table, pool table, barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ... Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored! The villa has everything you needed. The company couldn't do enough for us so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the villa. I'm already looking to book again. Villa was nice, but no aircon on top floor meant was only really suitable for sitting late at night when heat cooled down. Property had a cockroach problem - contacted the management company who did very little to solve the issue. Also inflexible on leaving cases when checking out. Be warned though, very large hill to reach beach /shops. We walked to Nerja, had a great time, but there was no easier way that we could find back to the villa, than UP the steep hill. We managed it, but for anyone a little older/less fit, you would have to use a car. We were here in November, so a little cooler. The hill would have been a challenge in the summer. Villa: Really lovely, and great for our group. We took our son and a mate, to celebrate his 30th. Great fun playing Pool/Table tennis, cards with a beer overlooking the sea, really lovely. The boys even managed a dip in the pool, which, being November, was a bit chilly. Niggles: The en suite in particular is quite tight, and definitely needs a couple of hooks for robes, and a shelf for toiletries. Showers were ok, but can take a while to get right, you do tend to get wet in the process (as does the floor). The flush button (en suite) on the toilet is tricky too, I ended up with a bruised thumb, as it was pretty stiff to push down. Overall: We loved it!. We were there for 3 full days. Great for some much needed quality time. Would highly recommend this villa. Would definitely return. Thank you. ##### Ellie P.
