Competitively priced for 6 people, the villa also offers an extra bedroom allowing a further two guests (maximum of 8 guests). Comfortably furnished, this charming property is spread across 3 floors, including free Wifi throughout, TV with international channels, washing machine and air conditioning in the three main bedrooms. There's also a private garage large enough for two cars with direct access to the villa. You enter the villa on the top floor leading to a spacious and open plan living and dining room with large windows out to the outside terrace. From the entrance to the left you will find the separate fully-fitted kitchen. There is also a separate WC. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area. A stairwell leads down to the bedroom level with three bedrooms - one with Kingsize bed and two with twin beds. These three bedrooms all have air conditioning. A shared bathroom offering a walk in shower is also found on this level. All of the bedrooms have french windows out to the private pool area with barbecue and outside dining table. The private pool is 3.26 x 3.3 m (1.8 m deep). Down a further flight of stairs you find another double bedroom with internal window, a bathroom with bath and shower and access to the large garage. Please note that this bedroom does not have air conditioning - but a fan is provided. As well as the private pool which is open and maintanined all year round, the property also benefits from access to the large communal pool which is open between June and September. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request)... Nerja Paradise Rentals is a family run business operating privately owned properties in and around Nerja. We pride ourselves on the quality and comfort of our rental properties – our aim is to provide you a real home-from-home here in arguably the most beautiful spot on the Costa del Sol. Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored! The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
