The property consists of 1 bedroom, living room with dining area, spacious kitchen, bathroom. Easy parking outside the apartment. The residence is only a 5 minute walk away from a large supermarket and a nice restaurant/tapas bar. The centre of town is a short drive or a 20 minute walk. The flat is part of a duplex. The upstairs apartment has been created to provide a private space with its own entrance that separates it from our downstairs apartment to give our guests complete privacy. The bedroom has a king size bed, good size wardrobe, mirror, 2 bedside tables, hot/cold air conditioning and a window that overlooks the terrace with views to the surrounding countryside. The large living room is divided into a dining area with a table and 4 chairs and a sitting area that offers a comfortable three seater sofa with footrest, easy chair and flat-screen tv. Both spaces have aircon units. The large kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances including kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Sliding doors from the living room provides access to the large terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining and offers views to the sea and countryside. With pretty much everything you could need including modern shower room and well-appointed kitchen, aircon and blinds to keep the apartment cool. Monica and Dean were very welcoming and helpful. We are foster carers in our 70’s and needed a well deserved respite holiday. Our first in two years ! We couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing place to stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the apartment had lovely views of the mountains and sea.
