Casa Chloe is a beautiful, large, comfortable house with roof terrace and stunning panoramic views of the sea, mountains and Nerja town, perfectly located, only 7 minutes walk to Playa Buriana, Nerja's beautiful, award-winning and most popular beach and only 15 minutes walk to the nice restaurant area within the old town of Nerja.  
  
This is the villa for you who really want to enjoy your time in Nerja! The house, the comfort, the location, the views, the terraces with its beautiful plants and flowers, the tranquility in the area, the wide range of electronics and kitchen utilities, the pool give you every opportunity for a truly relaxing holiday!  
  
A villa to enjoy:  
  
Start the day at the roof terrace. Enjoy the morning sun, tranquility and views of the sea, Nerja and the beautiful Sierra Almijara mountains. Take a swim in the pool which is only a few meters in front of the house. Eat a good breakfast on the terrace at the side of the house. Relax and get a nice tan at the 8 sun loungers at the roof terrace or relax / read a book in the lounge furniture at the front terrace or at the balcony outside the master bedroom. Stroll down to Playa Burriana. Swim and dive in the crystal clear water. When you are hungry, you can for example try Ayo's famous paella, cooked over an open fire. Always lots of guests. Always good. When you come home from the beach, it's nice to take a swim in the pool. Relax in one of the sofas in the living room or in the stylish lounge furniture, on the front terrace or in the shadow beside the lemon tree at the backside terrace. Some may want to see a movie or play video games on big screen TV in the ground floor. Here is place enough for many, in the new sofa and in the armchair. There are showers in the 2 fresh bathrooms and there are some outdoor showers as well. There is a bath-tub at the bathroom upstairs. 2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor and 3 are located on the upper level, which make the house ideal for 2 families or a large family/group. We have had many groups who have a had a great time celebrating their jubilee birthdays in our house.   
  
The kitchen, hall, dining place, salon, and guest toilet is located at the entrance level. The dinner can be cooked at the grill on the terrace beside the house or in the bright, well-equipped kitchen.  
  
Enjoy a drink before the dinner at the roof terrace while watching the day's last rays of the sun, and the silhouettes of the mountains and the city at sunset. The dining table and comfortable chairs on the terrace next to the house invites for long dinners in the warm night. Would you rather eat in Nerja is a pleasant walk of about one quarter to the restaurant district of Old Town.  
  
When you go to bed you enjoy the large built-in wardrobes with enough space for your clothes and the comfortable beds (2 new king size beds and 6 single beds), the air condition in all bedrooms or the fresh air throug the open windows.   
  
For winter usage you can enjoy the mobile radiators and the sun which shines from morning to sun-set at the roof terrace.  
  
Cleaning of a property maintenance company is included in price. Freshly-made beds, shower-towel and towel for hands are provided.  
  
Casa Chloe has of course the necessary license for vacation rental. The rental license number is VFT/MA/06487\. The property is certified to meet the requirements for security and comfort, provided by the Spanish Authorities.   
  
Nerja is considered by many to be the most beautiful coastal town on the Costa del Sol. The city has managed to retain its charm, with narrow pedestrian streets, white low houses, neat squares, hundreds of restaurants, outdoor cafes and tapas bars as well as the beautiful Balcony of Europe. It is also close to the famous caves, mountain village of Frigiliana, nice hikes in the mountains, the Alhambra Palace in Granada and great skiing possibilities in Sierra Nevada.  
  
Casa Chloe has of course the necessary license for vacation rental. The rental license number is VFT/MA/06847\. The property is certified to meet the requirements for security and comfort, provided by the Spanish Authorities.

Pros: The house was very well equipped with good pool and host very attentive and helpful Cons: The accessibility to the house, the very steep climb from the beach -very difficult for those with mobility issues or with young children - car essential for groceries and garbage disposal - method to collect key is quite stressful - keypad would be better

The view from the roof top terass is quite markable. Nice places to sit outside in the sun or in the shadow. The shared pool was ok. We like the location. Spacious house with plenty of private areas to share with friends or extended family for shorter or longer periods of time. The house was clean and very fresh, just as if we were the first visitors since it was built. Location is perfect with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and all that Nerja can bring. In short I would recommend this to anyone in my family or my friends as a sure bet to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at a reasonable price.

Pros: Ett trevligt hus för många gäster. Vi var ett gäng på 11 pers mellan ålder 0-60 år som semesterdag en vecka för just sol och bad och alla trivdes. Fina uteplatser att sitta och njuta och äta på samt fräscha rum och badrum. Hyresvärden fanns tillgänglig att nå närsom och allt från bokning till ankomst sköttes väldigt proffsigt av Johan. Eftersom Nerja ligger mellan två berg så är det lite backar upp och ner att gå och en liten promenad in till centrum. Tips! Vi hade vagn med till vår 4 åring och det var vi glada över, han åker vanligtvis inte vagn. Väldigt mysig och vacker stad och många fina vyer i och med nivåskillnaderna när man promenerade.

Pros: Vi var en familie med 2 børn på 1½ og 4½ år og 7 voksne mellem 32 og 62 år. Huset er rent, pænt og velindrettet. Det giver mulighed for både små børn, der står tidligt op og ro til at sove længere ved de adskilte etager. Vi var der midt i maj og vejret var fantastisk. Der er en rigtig hyggelig spiseterrasse med grønne planter. Området er roligt, hvilket vi nød rigtig meget.

Huset holdt hva annonsen lovet, det var velutstyrt og komfortabelt med fine terrasser og nydelig utsikt. I tillegg kommer at eier var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Dette huset kommer vi gjerne tilbake til!
