In the western part of the city we find this penthouse with its own roof terrace. From here you can see the most fantastic views both west and east. There is plenty of room for both dining tables and lounge furniture.  
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is in very good condition and modernly furnished. Wifi is available as well as private parking in locked garage in the basement of the property.  
From the residence you reach both the beach and the center in 10 min walk.
