The staff were kind and the place was generally clean, but we were given rooms with shared bathrooms. From the details of my reservation, we understood that the room had a private bathroom, and that was the price we paid. Honestly, I think we were given the wrong rooms.

Here’s a polished, natural version of your review—clear, professional, and easy to read: Revised Review Nice staff and nice rooms. However, it would have been helpful if the description mentioned that there are two hotels with the same address. We got confused at first and ended up at the wrong one, which was a bit unsettling. Thankfully, we eventually found the correct property. It was also a bit inconvenient not having any communication or staff available after 6 PM, but everything else was fine. If you want, I can also make it shorter, more formal, more casual, or more positive.
