Check in was a bit slowThe room was clean, but could definitely use updating. The bed was comfortable and, there was plenty of hot water for a shower. There was a battery missing from the TV remote. We contacted maintenance and he brought one right up. The floor lamp was missing a bulb & he assured us he would replace it the following day. Unfortunately, he must have gotten busy and forgotten because it was never replaced. Fortunately, there were other light options. For such a large facility, there are not many ice machines. One was broken the entire 3 days we were there. We never did find an ice machine on the 2nd floor, which was where our room was. We had to go to the first floor every time we needed ice. We did enjoy the breakfast that was included. Hot food was provided; scrambled eggs, link sausage and bacon, diced potatoes, as well as biscuits and gravy. There were a few pastry selections and cold cereal, but a sign apologizing to that there was no milk available both days we had breakfast. There wS also a few juice selections and coffee available.

Loved this stay!! Quiet clean rooms, very comfortable bed. Excellent A/C. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great! It was a nice change staying here compared to mega chain hotels we typically stay at . Will make this my first choice everytime we go to Great Falls
