Located in close proximity from the International Airport and Negombo tourist beach, makes a perfect place to rest up upon your arrival or even take a break before heading back. Or even a great place to spend some quality time.  
  
The Villa comprise of 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, attached bathrooms, Hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fans and wardrobes. Fully furnished lounge with LCD TV including SLT PEO TV with free Wifi.  
  
Furthermore the Property has a Fully equipped kitchen with gas hotplate, stainless Steel oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and all other essential appliances with seperate dining area. Also has the full londry facility with washing machine, tumbler dryer and ironing facilities for the convenience of our guests.  
  
Ideally the property is located within the close proximity from the essential amenities. Restaurants, supermarkets, fish market, railway station, bus station. Medical clinics, police station, banks are few of them to mention.
