« Overall not bad but hotel quite noisy (you wake up when the first room in the hotel wakes up, was 6am in our case). Also be careful to ask for non-smoking room. The smell was not so terrible but some parfum was used to cover it. Otherwise perfectly located, close to the rail station and center of Varenna. Employees have been very nice and helpful. »

"The only thing that saves this hotel is the spa and breakfast. The hotel room had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in.
