Ideally located in the private and upscale 1780 neighborhood of the Camp Lake James community, this charming three-bedroom, three-and-one-half-bath home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably and offers an expansive screened porch, two living rooms, an outdoor fire pit, and a gas grill. About the Home • Impressive and well-equipped kitchen with eat-in dining for 8 and island seating for 4, gas range, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. • Living room with 64" TV for streaming and access to the spacious screened-in porch with outdoor seating and living space. • Lower-level family room with 74" TV for streaming and access to the patio with gas grill and outdoor fire pit with seating for 4. Where to Unwind • The upper level boasts a primary suite with king-size bed, 42" TV for streaming, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. • The upper level also offers a second bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. • The lower level offers a bedroom with two queen-size beds. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the family room. Where to Explore Located just 45 minutes from Asheville in Nebo, this upscale home is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the Lake James area has to offer. Outside of the community, you can spend your days exploring nearby hiking trails like the Fonta Flora Loop in Lake James State Park or High Shoal Falls in South Mountains State Park before grabbing a refreshing craft beer at Fonta Flora's open-air brewery at Whippoorwill Farm.
