Windows have rotting around the sill, rugs look dirty as well as the carpet. Bedroom furniture does not have a beach feel Table on the patio was broken. We had to call the property managers 2 times. Once for a stopped up drain in the bathtub and another for a malfunction of the keyless entry. Both of these items were taken care of quickly. As prices increase, expectations of the property increase as well. From a customer...remember it's the details that make a difference. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Our unit F27 was not beachfront but it was a short walk. We’ve stayed here several times in different units and we have always had a nice time. F27 was clean, had comfy beds, and had all of the amenities you are looking for in a townhome rental. We had all of the necessities for daily life. The beds were comfortable. The home was very clean. The living room was a great place to hang out with a big sectional sofa and ottoman. Plenty of games and books. We brought our Apple TV and connected it to the living room wall mounted tv. The host responded quickly anytime we had questions. We love that it is beach side and so easy to privately access Navarre Beach. It is also very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The complex is quiet and respectful.
