Set Of Beach Chairs and Umbrella Included

Newly renovated and extremely clean fourth floor Emerald Surf unit is located on one of Florida's quietest, most pristine beaches and provides spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful luxury plank floor throughout, Granite in kitchen. The living room and master bedroom balconies allow you to indulge in the sounds of the surf and the near-daily dolphin shows. The balconies provide stunning views of both sunrises and sunsets.

The unit very comfortably sleeps seven. The master bedroom features a king-size bed. There are queen and twin-size bed in the guest bedroom and a pull-out bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have ample dresser space.

The master bath features a beautiful tile shower with glass doors the guest bathroom has shower-tub combo and there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Enjoy both gulf and sound-side water views from the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

There are three Smart TVs

This unit includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella included with the rental.

Other appreciated amenities include a beautiful three-season heated swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, WI-FI internet, keyless condo entry, and covered parking.

The condo is only minutes away from restaurants, attractions, and night life allowing you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of Navarre Beach.

Very Clean, owner was nice enough to text after a bad storm to make sure all was good. Great view, room comes with chairs that are rented along with 2 chairs that you can sit next to the water. I would definitely stay here again. King size bed in master was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach.

Wonderful condo

This stay was perfect. The condo is taken care of & clean. It was spacious. The kitchen has all the appliances for your family. They provide plenty of towels for your stay. The view- absolutely perfect. It comes with 2 free beach chairs which is helpful for families. We are already wanting to book a 2nd stay here.

We felt safe and loved staying beachfront. First time to Navarre and I honestly have zero complaints. Owner was quick to respond to anything I needed, kid friendly place, beautiful beach! Loved watching dolphins from the balcony!

Annual Girls Beach Trip

I come to Navarre every year in September with the same group of ladies. This is our first time staying at this property, and I don’t think it will be the last. We enjoyed it immensely!

We love Navarre and emerald surf is a great condo. Kathys place was fantastic—clean and nicely decorated with lots of personal charm. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Great Get Away

Emerald Surf is nice place to enjoy a great vacation, Our room updated clean and very spacious. Property owner was very helpful if need anything or had questions. We had the perfect spot right in middle on 4th floor. Nice clean pool, and just steps to the Sandy Beach!!! Will visit again someday

The best stay!

We had the perfect time! First, the communication is top tier with the host. Very helpful, told us to text or call with any questions and even sent me a suggestion on something fun for the kids to see that was going on in the area while we were there! Second the location is perfect, right on the beach. Just rode the elevator down and walked down the walkway to the beach where our chairs and umbrella that came with the rental where already set up each day. Third, the cleanliness of the condo was top notch! There was plenty of cooking supplies and utensils, bedding and bath towels. Chairs on the balcony were perfect for sitting and watching the waves roll in while enjoying coffee. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back to visit one of our favorite places with this amazing host!

Absolutely fantastic condo

Let me start by saying this was our 5th straight year staying at the Emerald Surf and this was our 3rd different room we’ve stayed in. This was by far our favorite. It was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and just had a very homey feel to it. It had a much more premium feel than the other rooms we stayed in, from the digital thermostat, remote controlled blinds, and the very large tv. Normally I don’t care about the TV since we don't watch it much, but we had a day and a half of rain so we had a movie day and it was great. It also had extra beach toys, chairs, and we also enjoyed the hi-top style patio furniture. There was never a doubt the owner takes care of the room and wants guests to have a great experience. I would highly recommended this unit! We had a perfect stay!

Best place for a beach vacation!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is perfect! The views are amazing!! I was able to watch the dolphins play while I drank my coffee!!! I loved being right on the beach and not having to load the kids and all our stuff up in the car to drive to the beach. It made our vacation so much easier! We just pulled our wagon down to the beach! It was perfect! The pool was amazing! It was so nice to have a place with calm water for my little ones to swim in! The beach was not crowded at all! The hosts were great at answering questions! We went to the beach multiple times each day and hunted snow crabs at night because it was so easy to just walk down there! If your looking for the perfect place… THIS IS IT!

Honestly, I don't know where to start. The owner is wonderful. She was very quick to respond to any messages that I sent. Check in couldn't have been easier. There was plenty of room for my parents, my 17-year-old son, and my husband and me. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes and pots and pans that we would ever need. There was dish soap provided, along with a view of the sound over the sink! The living room has a very comfy couch that became a bed and a really nice chair and ottoman. My son enjoyed sleeping there and listening to the waves through the open sliding glass doors that led to the balcony. He also enjoyed the large TV that hooked up to Netflix. My husband and I loved the king size bed in our room. We also enjoyed listening to the waves through the open door to the balcony at night. The mom in me appreciated the washer/dryer combo in the closet in our room. I was able to get all of our laundry done before we went home. That made getting back to reality a little less painful! My parents were very comfortable in their room with a cozy queen and twin bed. They had plenty of storage room in their dresser. They really appreciated the elevator and carts. that were available to haul up their luggage. We had a lot of fun playing board games together around the dining room table at night. We had brought a few, but there were also some in a cabinet outside the bathroom. (You haven't lived until you've played Cards Against Humanity with your parents!) The beach was wonderful. This is the sugar sand you've been dreaming of. I walked the mile down to the fishing pier almost every day. It was awesome to see how lucky we were to have 2 chairs and an umbrella included with our booking when I would see how crowded the public beaches were. We also enjoyed walking down to a few of the restaurants for dinner and cocktails. I know this is a wordy review, and if you've made it this far, thank you. Seriously, you will not find a better place than this one. I can't wait to go back!
